Alchemy is an interactive soft-skills training program. Basically each participant is given a remote control type thing, and they listen to information regarding work environment dress, behavior, etc., and answer questions with the remote. A game feature can be added, where people actually compete to see who can answer the question the fastest! WIN is the assessment used to see at which level an individual starts the program, and assesses what remediation is needed to get to a certain level. WorkKeys is the final test, which measures the levels of reading, math, and locating information.
